I was looking hosting service that run things smoothly, are easy to reach, and fix problems (if some ariset) efficiently and ofcourse i need to have control over my website.  Finding a good one is crucial to your success.

4. Customer Service You will want to go with a web hosting company that has available and responsive customer service.

I’ve tried many different web hosts over the year and I’ve been happy with a few and there has also been bad ones that had more problems they were worth of.

I finally discovered a great web hosting company who offer amazing value, have one click WordPress install, power their servers with green technology meaning their eco friendly and offer excellent customer service.

I have since referred other friends to HostGator and they have been equally as happy.  We found that the HostGator cPanel, webserver uptime, reliability, speed, etc. is far superior to others we have tried. So far their “Baby” plan ($7.95) has been good enough for me.

I have had some problems too, but nothing that their technical support couldnt handle. Other problem i’ve heard/read is their billing system which sometimes acting weird, but havent happend to me so far.

Each time I have utilized HostGator support I have been delighted with the prompt responses, the accurate and helpful assistance, and most of all the confidence-building experience. Not only has support been great, but pre-sales, sales, etc. made me confident I was making the right choice to move to HostGator. Everything they said they would provide they have done and even more!

I recommend HostGator to anyone who is wishing to find a cheap (starting $4.95), and reliable hosting company.
